My name is Graham McCormack and I’ve been helping people fix issues with their website performance for nearly 20 years. In that time I've worked with all sizes of website worldwide. I'm based in Wirral, UK.
An SEO strategy is different to an SEO audit in that it focuses on where you want to go, not just where you are right now.
While an audit is all about uncovering existing issues, an SEO strategy is the plan that moves you forward.
Essentially it's a serious of audits that show the path to your goal achievement.
It’s built around analysing what works within your specific industry and then performing an audit against your current performance and finally gap analysis between yourself and the rest of your industry.
From there, I create a tailored roadmap that covers keyword targeting, content planning, technical priorities, and long-term growth tactics. It’s not a one-size-fits-all template. It’s a clear, actionable plan designed around your business and your objectives.
Whether you're starting from scratch, rebuilding, or trying to grow what you already have, a proper SEO strategy gives you direction and clarity on what to do next and why it matters.
If you just starting out with your website then you need a plan of action for your website SEO - not just any plan but one that is based upon research, data and analysis. If you are an established website but not performing well, you may have over-reached with your posts and pages and just executed things properly. Perhaps you have a website for a while but it has just never really performed and now you don't know what to do. This service is for you.
Cut down research time and enable your team actually get on with their job of creating content, building backlinks and re-assuring the client everything is in hand. Remove the guess work from your strategy performance or help junior team members out by providing a solid plan of action. I've been in the SEO industry for about 20 years, I've been a digital agency owner and I know what it can be like. At this point in my career I see too many SEO people struggling because they don't really "get" SEO. This is why I created this service.
I can provide my strategies as white label so you can pass them to your clients as your own work, no problem.
I offer my strategies to people who don't have a website and I'll give you the option during checkout. I'll figure out what type of website structure, content and backlinks you need. This will allow you to price up how much you need to spend on your SEO before you start.
If you already have an established website then you can tell me this after check out on the intake form. I'll investigate your industry to find out the best performers and average out what they're all doing to be successful. Then I'll audit your website and perform a gap analysis. Once we've done this I'll show you where your content and/or backlinks are in deficit or if you have built up your website in the wrong way.
A local SEO strategy is designed to give you a clear, actionable plan to improve your visibility and attract more customers in your area. I'll start by conducting an industry audit to understand what is working for businesses like yours. Then, I'll carry out a website audit to identify technical issues, content gaps, and optimisation opportunities. Finally, I perform a gap analysis, comparing your current online presence to top-performing competitors and creating a step-by-step action plan tailored to your business.
Your final strategy will include:
With a structured strategy in hand, you will have everything you need to increase your rankings, improve your online presence, and drive more local customers to your business.
Unlike local SEO, where visibility is tied to a specific area, national SEO requires a more competitive approach, targeting high-value keywords, building authority, and ensuring your website performs well across multiple regions. Even if you have multiple regional office, if you are targeting a national audience then I class you as requiring a national strategy.
A national SEO strategy is built to position your business ahead of competitors in search results. I start with an industry audit to analyse what is working for leading businesses in your sector. Next, I'll conduct a website audit to identify technical weaknesses, content gaps, and opportunities for optimisation. Finally, I will perform a gap analysis, comparing your current online presence to key competitors and outlining a clear strategy to strengthen your position.
Your final strategy will include:
With a well-structured plan, you will have the insights and actions needed to grow your national presence, compete effectively in search rankings, and attract more customers across the country.
An eCommerce SEO strategy starts with an industry audit to analyse what is working for top-performing competitors who are most similar to you (not authority sites like Amazon or Ebay), followed by a website audit to identify technical issues, content gaps, and conversion roadblocks. I'll then conduct a gap analysis to highlight missed opportunities and create a clear plan for growth.
Your final strategy will include:
With a structured approach, you will have everything needed to improve rankings, drive more qualified traffic, and increase sales.
I am based in Wirral in the UK.
Yes! Absolutely. Just get in touch.
It honestly depends upon how busy I am, feel free to ask though. You will be able to pass one of my audits or strategies to your SEO provider or hire a freelancer to do the work for you though.
It depends on which service you order and how many other orders we have at the time. I do operate with a small specialist team headed up by Graham McCormack who makes the final analysis and strategy decisions. Most audit delivery times will take between 2 to 6 weeks but may be less, you will be given you an estimate once you have filled out our questionnaire and are ready to proceed.
You will receive a combination of written reports in PDF format along with recommended actions (where appropriate) and Google sheets (or Excel sheets if you prefer) and where appropriate Google slides (or Powerpoint if you prefer). The sheets will contain my working out so you can see what was looked at during the analysis and the written reports are an interpretation of that data written in plain english. If I need to address issues with your graphical design / Conversion Rate Optimisation or User eXperience then I may do this on a slide deck or within the PDF, whichever seems the most appropriate at the time.
I will give you a questionnaire to fill out which will help me if you have a specific issue that would like us to look at. Once I have this we ask that you connect us to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics and I get to work.
Absolutely not, all information you give me is treated as strictly private and with respect.
Right now you can pay online or by invoice. I am currently looking into a service that allows you to pay monthly.
Yes, I will provide you with an invoice for your accounts.
You are talking about SEO consultancy. I usually run audits as our first point of call for any campaign undertaken and they usually reveal the cause of problems you may be experiencing. If you have a specific concern then there is a space on the intake form for you to tell us about this and I will take it on board when we perform our investigation and do our best to give you the answer you need to move forward. However, we can't then spend continuing time after delivery on your issue as this is outside the remit of our service unless you buy further time with me (consultancy).
No, nobody can guarantee anything beyond their control. I do not control the search engines, your competitors or even what you choose to do with our report or if you will complete the work correctly. What we do guarantee is that my advice and audit follows SEO best practice and what is working for other websites in your niche at the time of the investigation.
If this is something you require then yes but it is a chargeable service and not offered by default. If you have any questions about your report by all means send them to me. This allows for more time to investigate your query and give you a data driven answer.
Yes, I can provide you with a white label version of the report or add your add your logo for you if you prefer.
